Services : Water Recycling : More Details
The wastewater will be transported via the grinderpump to our recycling unit. It will firstly pass the hydrocyclones for filtration. The 90% of the filtered water will continue to flow to the bioreactor. The remaining 10% of the water, with the concentrated dirt, will flow back to the sludge pit. After this process has been completed the filtered water achieves a value of 5 micron. The remaining water is not wasted, but stays in the process. The concentrated dirt particles that have been filtered out will settle down in sludge pit. The filtered water passes through the bioreactor in which the dissolved substances, like oil and other chemicals, will be removed by biological catalysts. After this stage water can be stored for reuse in the wash bay.
The end result will be clean and clear water suitable for reuse in washing. The clean water storage should at least have a capacity that is at least equal to the average hourly consumption of water by the recycling mechanism.
If some local situation with existing pits and / or interceptors deviates from the advised situation as indicated above, details should be sent over and we will study them for a full engineering into the most ideal installation based upon the given data.
